Feltis are 100% wool, dry needle-felted ornaments handmade by women from rural and Indigenous communities in northern Peru. Felti artisans are empowered by learning new skills that provide them with a sustainable income, allowing them to better care for their families. This initiative supports sustainable economic opportunities for women living in critical spectacled bear habitat. Every felti purchased makes a positive impact for these artisans and their families and raises funds for the conservation of the highly threatened spectacled bears.
